My favorite kind of Fall days are the ones where I can get away with a light sweater and skirt or shorts. This was one of my favorite lazy Sunday outfits honestly because it’s so simple and required very little effort to put together. The timing impeccable for this post given the World Series (I believe in you, Red Sox) and was totally unplanned, but I actually got the hat on my very first trip to Boston this year, just days before the Boston marathon bombing. Just as you can easily pick out Chanel C’s, YSL, or any other iconic fashion house’s logo, I think the Boston ‘B’ is an American logo that extends beyond the baseball team and I wanted a piece of that. I’ve always loved sports as they’ve played a very big role in my life, and I love being able to support other teams and people chasing their dreams. I think it’s also one of the rare things that brings people together across all walks of life and despite any other circumstances, and I absolutely love that. For a city that has been through as much as Boston this year, I will be sporting my hat in hopes that they can bring home the World Series title :).
