Friday! You know what that means…

Well, in case we have different definitions for me it means casual Friday at work and getting to wear the clothes I really want to wear all week, the beginning of 2.5 glorious days, non-obligations or at least the feeling of them even if you have some, and sleep. Fridays I always catch myself snoozing a few minutes longer in the morning because the weekend is so close you can taste it. Sometimes I struggle to get my style on and end up in skinny jeans, my Toms and a super comfortable casual James Perse shirt. Other days, it’s my favorite day of the week because I look in my closet and feel like I have so much more at my fingertips to work with not having to consider the typical “business casual” regulation.

To start off your weekend right it’s easy to pull together a quick and fabulous work friendly outfit for a Friday. In most cases I find myself in one of two scenarios:

1) Rock some fun wedges, skinny black jeans and a blousy top and jacket – you can easily go out for happy hour or meet up with friends as soon as you head out of the office

2) Throw on your flat boots with a pair of leggings or brown tights and a casual dress and sweater – this comfortable casual look is effortless and won’t take long to whip together in the morning
