There’s nothing like settling in after a long day at work with a glass of wine and the smell of a Christmas tree, am I right? One of my favorite things about having our tree in the apartment is getting to be in the apartment to enjoy it.
With our furniture rearranged we’re finally ready to have people over for dinner or drinks, I’m so excited! We’ll be picking up some entertaining necessities and I’ll be taking tips from some of my friends on how to create an easy dinner party or cheese plate at home. The last, but most important piece of that puzzle, is always the wine. With our “bar†officially open for business (now hanging and not sitting on the floor) we’re finally ready to stock up on some of our favorite wines. I recently heard about Seven Daughters wine from a friend of mine who loves to host.
Over the summer I had a chance to try their moscato and other whites and got hooked on the cans that they offer. Wine in a can? Let me explain! The reason why I love it for the apartment is because 1 can equals 2 glasses of wine, but they’re stored separately. How many times have you opened a bottle of wine to have a glass or two during the week and had to toss the rest? Too many I’m sure.
For holiday entertaining the bottles will do the trick for your hosting needs. My favorite is the pinot noir and at the price point it’s tough to beat.
