Last weekend we had the extreme pleasure of going to the Arlington Race Track for the big Arlington Million race, courtesy of America’s Best Racing. It was such a fun day at the race track and a very memorable one to celebrate two of our closest friends’ birthdays! It was my first horse race ever. Last year I wasn’t able to go with my friends to the Kentucky Derby (insert really devastated face) but they said that Arlington looks so much like the Derby. It was beautiful, and I’m not just saying that.

I even won a little bit of money! I ran out of cash before the last race and the joke was that I needed to win or else I wouldn’t have enough money to get home on the train back to the city. Luckily, my guessing skills were on point and I won just enough! :) A HUGE thank you to Mary Frances and our friends at America’s Best Racing for making such a fun day possible!

xo,
