I may be saying this prematurely, but I think we’re in the home stretch of terrible winter weather! Today is supposed to be one of the last really awful and cold, snowy days. I never would’ve imagined the temperatures we’ve had and I’m desperately looking forward to …
1) Not immediately regretting the days when I forget gloves and a hat/earmuffs
2) Uncracked hands
3) More opaque and sunkissed skin
4) Running outside again
I ended up snagging a sweater I’ve had forever and folding it up over a striped blouse of mine for a ‘cropped sweater’ look and to show a bit more of the blouse off. My secret confession of the day is that I usually hate cropped sweaters (I’m always pulling on them all like, hey where is the rest of it) and I never buy them so I decided to improvise and make this one into one myself. Paired with these super comfortable J Brand army green pants and short moto boots it was the perfect Sunday brunch attire for this winter!
I hope you’re staying warm and hopefully enjoying nicer weather if you’re elsewhere! I’m off on a quick one day trip today and will be thankful for the extra 20 degrees.

Super chic… love your coat too!
Lovely outfit! I know, it’s so hard to stay motivated and inspired in so much snow!
Ahhh, I know. I cannot wait for some sunshine and warmer weather!
Very cute outfit! I’m with you on the crop tops– I keep trying and thinking I’m going to like them but I feel like half the top is missing (bc it is) and I just can’t get used to that!
I totally agree! I feel like I’m missing the rest :)
