Hiking up to almost 12,000 feet is pretty insane – it was the highlight and sorelight of my weekend.. I can now barely walk. The gorgeous lake behind me is right below some of the mountain peaks in the Rockies near Vail and was definitely worth the 7 hours of pain. I definitely opted for comfort and preparedness over style, but the 7 hours in the mountains did give me plenty of time to think about how amazingly inspiring nature really is… that is if you can get up there! I am all about the colors/textures that are used for wilderness inspired looks – especially loving the fringe/suede combo. Here’s what is inspiring me with this look!
