It’s full blown winter in Chicago and I’m finding every possible way to maximize my wardrobe for the 0-15 degree weather, but some days it’s just so cold you can only bundle up and pray for sunlight. You’ve seen this coat make its debut recently and it’s not going anywhere until at least April, so get excited for all the ways a pink coat can be worn! I mentioned before but this colored coat was a first for me and I’m already loving it. For those of you on the verge, step away from the black, tan and grey ones and opt for a bright color to keep things exciting!
I’m playing with new color combinations and actually built this outfit around these awesome vintage gloves of my grandma’s that are super warm. Also, for those of you looking this J.Crew coat was so popular this year it pretty much sold out in most sizes and colors, so Zara actually sniffed that out and came out with a similar one if you’re interested. I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas if you were celebrating it! Aside from getting to see my nephew enjoy his first Christmas the candlelight service at our church was one of my favorite moments of this break… and eating Christmas cookies everyday has been pretty great too. My birthday is one week away, I can’t believe it! How are you planning on ringing in the New Year?

Are you wearing the petite version or normal version? Unsure which sizing I should buy!
I am wearing the Petite! :) it has worked better for me in terms of proportions!

Thanks Dana! :)
Love this outfit and especially the coat! I’ve been lazy and have only been wearing my ridiculously large and puffy black down coat, but this has definitely inspired me to mix things up a bit!
