White dresses can be hard to find and just plain tricky. I know that many people steer away from an all white dress out of fear of feeling too bride-like, stain friendly, or seasonally limiting. This Spring I’m really looking for pieces that will fit and that I’ll love in years to come, and when I stumbled upon this eyelet white dress it captured my eye in the best way and definitely seemed to fit the bill of the exception to a white dress rule. With the eyelet detail, it’s not your average dress and can easily be toughened up with a leather jacket or the right booties. This dress is surprisingly versatile although it appears a bit one dimensional because it has a higher neckline and is easy to layer over.
I can’t get enough of these Dolce Vita sandals in moss green – it’s one of those purchases that I made on spot in store well in advance of Spring because they felt like they were meant to be as soon as they hit my foot. I wore these for a staggering 15 hours on Friday and was shocked at how comfortable they are.. hands down the most doable pair that I own! What do you think? Are you willing to wear all white dresses?
PS – This dress is currently on sale at Nastygal, one of my favorite online shops for brands like Dolce Vita and other affordable dresses, etc! (and if you’re wondering on sizing, I’m wearing a small)
