Wink Sweater

Winter for me might as well be called “the season for sweaters and nothing else”. I finally broke down and invested in some this year, but tend to gravitate towards the same colors and style over and over again. Fridays are usually really casual and I loved grabbing a pair of skinny jeans and a little sweater or sweatshirt and sneakers and running out the door.

The best part of making the transition to spring is that I can leave my jackets and coats at home and just settle with skirts and boots before I get to set those aside completely. I picked up this bucket bag knowing that it was a premature color for the time, but it’s ok to pull out regularly now.

In other news, I’m starting to really look forward to the exciting things coming up over the next few months. Although it’ll be a while until I can pull out my bathing suits and head somewhere really warm, I’m looking forward to off-the-shoulder blouses and jeans and those after work patio happy hours! In the meantime, I’m going to slowly step away from my boots and towards my open toed shoes…
